Sorry for the radio silence! Since my little guy turned 5, we have been battling ear infections, which resulted in ear tubes round 2 and an adenoidectomy. We are still recouping at our house, but I thought I’d share a few of our favorite fall dishes. We’ve been busy baking here, since Gabriel isn’t ready to get out and about quite yet:
- Nothing can beat the simplicity of oatmeal raisin cookies. These are the best (so soft and chewy) and fill your house with a glorious aroma as they bake.
- I love pecan recipes, especially during this season. This kale and pecan salad would be the perfect side to serve for a fall dinner.
- Nothing is more comforting than a fall soup. This butternut squash is a house favorite for our family for a lunch or a festive dinner starter.

- Everyone needs a go-to game day dish. These wings are sure to please even the most upscale of crowds.
