What you’ll need:
- 1 (3.4 OZ.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
- ¾ cup Cool Whip
- l cup milk (I use 2%)
- l cup crushed pineapple, undrained
Step by Step:
Mix all ingredients together. Ready to eat in about 15 minutes. You may prefer to chill longer, but it doesn’t have to be served cold. Serve with all your favorite fruits. I prefer mine with pineapple spears and strawberries.
